CAFCO® – TB 415 is a Portland cement based, Spray-Applied Thermal Barrier Material used for the protection of Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation (SPF). It is designed to provide a 15-minute thermal barrier as required by code. It is a medium-density wet-mix product that offers unsurpassed surface durability as well an aesthetic finish.
CAFCO® SprayFilmTM – TB 15 is a water-based thin-film intumescent coating engineered and designed to provide protection over polyurethane foam.
In a fire, the SprayFilmTM – TB 15 coating will intumesce and produce a foam-like char that will insulate and provide a Class A rating per ASTM E84 over polyurethane foam insulation.
