Designed to meet rigid standards, CERAMOSPRAY is perfect for both new and retrofit projects. It is easy to apply, requires no pre-mixing and has a quick drying time. This makes it the ideal choice for maintaining tight schedules or for use in retrofit applications where down-time must be minimal.

Durability

All CERAMOSPRAY insulations are composed of inorganic fibers. The fibers are integrally mixed with hydraulic-setting refractory binders, resulting in low product shrinkage.

CERAMO-SHIELD^®: coating is used over CERAMOSPRAY insulations when an exposed abrasion-resistant surface is required.

Low Cost Installation

CERAMOSPRAY systems offer the benefits of a fast, clean, low-cost installation. It conforms to any contour with no cutting or fitting required. Best of all, required thicknesses are usually obtained in a one-pass application (up to 2.5 inches or 64mm), which saves both time and money.

Ease of Application

CERAMOSPRAY systems are applied with low-pressure spray equipment. The product is conveyed to the spray nozzle in a dry state where water is introduced. It can be used for exterior applications when used with recommended protective coatings.

CERAMO-SHIELD IV

CERAMO-SHIELD IV is an abrasion-resistant coating to be used over CERAMOSPRAY products as well as other types of insulating materials, such as calcium silicate block and mineral wool board.

At permanent operation ... 1200^° F (649^° C)

Typical Application

Can be used as an insulating cement, and where sound transmission of structural or mechanical equipment must be reduced.

CERAMOSPRAY^® IIA

CERAMOSPRAY IIA is designed as a low cost spray-applied thermal insulation and condensation control material for plant equipment, which may be "on line".

At time of installation ... 800^° F (427^° C)

At permanent operation ... 1600^° F (871^°
